English Logistics systems in modern society are a key factor in effective and efficient operation of companies and other organizations. Competencies, which include the competences in the field of project management, are required to design, interconnect, and optimize consistency of logistics systems.
Students of the Project Management course extend their basic knowledge in the field of project management from the first stage of study and thereby gain skills to design and manage complex projects or project programs in the field of logistics systems. Special emphasis is on acquiring competencies in understanding and managing inter-organizational logistics projects.
