Course Description
Basic legal terms: society, law, the legal act, legal relations, regularity, systematics of law, international law, constitutional law.
Law of the European Union: sources of the EU law, main institutions of the EU and their competencies, decision-procedure in the EU.
Commercial law: the concept of commercial law, regulatory resources, characteristics.
Commercial status law: the concept, regulatory resources, characteristics, personal companies, companies with share capital, economic interest groupings, associated companies, termination of a company.
Bases of the contract law: the concept, resources, principles, legal basis for entering into obligation, contractual obligations, obligations in tort, termination of obligation.
The most important treaties: sales contract, work contract, insurance contract.
Fundamentals of transport law: the definition, the unification of law, the future of transport law. Contract of carriage: characteristics, types, contract on transport of freight, contract on transport of passengers. Other important contracts: contract of deposit, a contract of warehousing.
Stocks: bill of exchange, check, share, debenture bond, immaterialized stocks.
Tax procedures and customs clearances in relation to the passenger and freight transport.
Intellectual property law: industrial property (patent, industrial design, trademark, geographical indication) copyright law.

Course Description
A student joins research work in one of the laboratories active at the Faculty. Under the mentorship of higher-education teachers, assistant teachers and researchers in laboratories students participate in a chosen research project.
Depending on the chosen topic and method of work, students are acquainted with and learn about the basics of research work:
- research planning,
- data collection,
- performance of analyses and calculations,
- academic writing and reporting.

Course Description
For transportation of goods plays a very important role packaging which allows the product to come unharmed to destination. Field of the packaging is very wide and has in Slovenia an important role in industry. Packaging is part of the logistics, so we should not forget the environmental awareness and favouring the use of environmentally friendly materials. Packaging is all around us and today there is almost no product that would not be packed. The purpose of packaging is to protect and maintain the product. When packing carry out its tasks, its purpose is fulfilled. Packaging is very heavily involved in our daily lives that we often forget its important role.

Course Description
Lectures: Linking between design and assembly (design for assembly, tolerances, design cases) Procedures and systematics on design of assembly systems (determination of problem, rough planning, fine planning, realisation, start-up procedures) Basic principles of assembly and montage systems and influence of manner of transportation an material handling system (Assembly and montage systems without automatically material flow, partly- and completely automatic assembly systems with transportation and warehouse systems). Montage and assembly lines and level of technological points (manual assembly, partly an full automatic assembly points) Design of assembly systems (determination of assembly rhythm, determination of number of working places, determination of buffers, determination of material and information flow), Elements of transportation and material handling system (powered and free conveyors, switch points, manipulation machines) Information flow and information carriers (bar-code, RFID, Pick by light, Pick by voice, …) Buffers (on transportation line buffers, circulation-tipe buffers, special cases of warehousing) Safety demands and cases of assembly cells.
Seminar: Seminar (project) work supplement lectures with practical solutions design problems by assembly systems.

Course Description
Competences in the field of project management and project working method represent one of the core competencies of an expert in the field of logistics. Development activities in companies and other organizations are mostly held in the form of projects. An expert in the field of logistics is a profile that is closely linked to development of company business model and organization development of other organizations in the field of logistics systems. That is why an important part of expert tasks in the field of logistics is carried out using the project method.
Students of the Project Management in logistics course obtain the basic knowledge in the field of project management for the successful preparation of project documentation, participation in project teams or as projects manager. Acquiring competencies in project management allows an expert in the field of logistics to successfully integrate into the working environment and effective implementation of tasks related to the development of logistics system.

Course Description
Project of construction of logistic system is practical learning will be employ in the ICT companies and organizations. Exceptionally the student can perform the practical learning on the faculty if he or she is working on the project that runs in cooperation with the appropriate organization. Project of construction of logistic system is practical learning will be taking under the supervisory of two mentors, one from the faculty and one from the industry. The exercises done during the practical learning are determined by the mentor from the industry with the agreement of the mentor from the faculty.
Content practical qualification: Exploring the organization, Define the problem for student to solve in the practice work period, Consultations with mentor in the organization, Consultations with mentor at the faculty, Problem solving, Presentation of the results at organization and faculty, Feasibility study, Recommendations for. the future work At the end the student prepares a report. Mentor on FL assesses report.
