ABOUT

Introduction to PM (what is the project?, what is the specific character?, history of PM, bad quality of PM, situation – causes failures of the projects, benefits of the PM, context of the project, phases of the projects, examples of methods and tools in project management etc. I can also to do compare different methods of management e.g. among comparison of IPMA, PMI, AIPM, and PRINCE2TM. My second proposal to the lecture topis covers the results of my research concerns among EU funds distributed small and medium enterprises and regional development and incudes: research methodology, the importance of SMEs, regional policy, the relationship between SMEs and regional development.
